We proudly offer logistical coverage to over 200 countries worldwide. However, due to international delivery restrictions, remote geographic accessibility, or local import laws regarding culinary knives, certain locations may occasionally be non-serviceable.

If your shipping address falls within an unserviceable zone, our operations team will contact you immediately via email and process a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

4. Consignment Tracking Information
